1-2                   Forward Roll, Backward Roll

2-3                  Cartwheels, Round off

3-4                  Front Limbers, Bridge Kick overs, Handstand forward rolls

4-5                  Front walkover, back walkover

6-7                  Switch leg back walkover, BWO Series

7-8                  1 back back handspring

8-9                  Back walkover BHS,

9-10                Back Handspring series, combination of the above with multiple BHS

RUNNING TUMBLE

(power hurdle, 1 step, 2 step, or running entry to skills)

 

1-2                   Cartwheel

2-3                   Round off

3-4                  Cartwheel and round off combo, Cartwheel combination

4-5                   Front walkover series, front walkover into cartwheel/round off finish

5-6                   Combination of above skills finish with BWO

6-7                   Variety entry finishing with BWO series or switch leg BWO

7-8                   Round off single back handspring, combo of above skills that finish with 1 BHS

8-9                   Round off back handspring series, round off tuck, side ariel

9-10                 Round off back handspring tuck, combo of above skills that finish with tuck
